Kids in Singapore seeking a little zen in their routine can head to the mat! Yoga is a great way for them to relax, unwind, practice mindfulness and concentrate. It’s a great way for them to zone out for an hour or so. There are lots of classes all over Singapore for babies to teens. Here are some of our favorites, so find the right one for you.
This lovely studio has yoga for kids and for teens. Kids classes are categorized in two age groups, 5-7 years and 8-12 years. Teen classes are for 13-19 year olds. Class sizes are set at a maximum of 12 so your kids get quality time with the teacher. They will learn all aspects of yoga and are encouraged to push themselves.
