Each themed session provides children with a fun and enriching yoga experience through breathing exercise, movement games, singing, storytelling and more!
Yoga helps children to connect more deeply with their inner self, and develop flexibility, strength, coordination, body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improve.
About the Instructor
June Nyu is a certified yoga teacher and received Dance Movement Therapy training in New Zealand and the UK. She completed her Diploma in Yoga Science, Practice and Lifestyle from Ananda Marga Singapore in 2013. She has taught kids yoga since 2015.
Note: Parents are not required to stay for the duration of the class. Yoga mats are provided.
