What meditation do you practice

I was initiated in meditation at 18 years old by a group of monks and nuns from an organization called Ananda Marga, the path of Bliss, that went to my home country in Venezuela. Shrii Shrii Ananda Murti that we lovely  call Baba, is a realized master that past away in 1990. He created this group to transfer his knowledge in the form of 6 lessons – and much more-that are designed to bring you enlightenment when you practice them with focus rigour and devotion.

Sharing with the nuns and monks you soon realize that this is not new age movement, it’s based on ancient yogic teachings that have been preserved thanks to Ananda Murti and the monks and nuns. I am so very grateful for what they have gifted me I have been meditating for almost 30 years now.

The power of these lessons keep revealing themselves day by day. They help me refrarne my mindset, they help me connect with the macrocosmos and come back to my inner home every time that I feel lost. Again and again. In difficult days this is a real bliss. I would love to know what meditation do you practice (question to the general public).

Feel free to share in the comments. Cherish your meditation practice. No matter what you have been indicated in. Treat it with respect and care. Give it space in your life, attention, and come back to it again and again like sharing a precious lover that you are eager to meet.
